I'm already not liking the process of getting e-gold..but basically I provided the wrong e-gold account number to Bullion Exchange, I have no idea how to correct, since they said that they already deposited to the incorrect account.

Dear I am so sorry. I don't know if there is anything that you can do Ask the buillion if they will be kind of enough to provide the e-mail for the contact info to the account where they sent the money, e-mail them and see if they can have a decent bone to send you the money. Don't give them, contact the buillion, its your money and this is serious. They know its a mistake, but they do not know from where.

d**n... d**n... d**n! Thats messed up. Contact Buillion, ask for e-mail, harass them if you have to, thats your hard earned money. Contact whoever account it went, to and send them e-mail. Think positve.

Thanks for the support; I have been having a time trying to participate. For some reason, my original account I could no longer access through e-gold. I tried to get the passphrase re-set, but didn't hear from e-gold after 3 days!!! So, I created a new one. Well, ultimately, as soon as I created it, I was ready to fund my account....it's been going downhill ever since. They just deposited yesterday so I am PRAYING that there is something Buillon can do this morning.

I do hope that there is something that Buillion can do. I agree with grannie, think positive. I am sorry to hear of your issues with E-gold, I hope Anthony adds E-bullion, because I prefer them much better over E-gold.

Well, right now it's not going very well. Buillion confirmed that there is nothing that they can do; E-gold suggested to try and contact the account holder.

Hey I have been following your drama. Yes,contact the account holder. Send 1cent to their account or something, and put a message in the memo field about the mistake. leave your e-mail number. Let them know the mistake that buillion made. I hope it was not too much money.

Well, the key thing is I've been trying to fund my account for almost 2 weeks now; with a host of problems, primarily with e-gold. Of course, a story is never complete without an ending, and so far that is, I still have nothing in my e-gold account, and E-gold will not release the account holder's email address nor will they contact them themselves, despite the fact that I have documentation and a batch number and Buillion cannot do anything either. So, it looks like a significant delay in my participation in the program for now.

You should make a thread on Moneymakergroup as well as Talk Gold. Use the E-gold number in the thread title and explain what happened in the post. Put them on blast. Maybe they do or don't know what happened, but I am sure that someone is going to be surprised to see their E-gold number in a thread title.
